Criticise my workout plan please

You may want to work your back a bit more. A stronger back improves posture and causes the shoulders to be pulled back more, giving the chest a bigger look. Plus it will likely improve form and stability on a number of exercises already included here. I’d incorporate some rows in there somewhere. Triceps may also benefit from some isolation work in addition to the BP/OHP👍

Hi I'm 21 years old 176 cm, 82 kg, 8 months of experience, no steroids, please criticise my exercise plan. This is my own plan and I tried my best to optimise it. My main goals are upping my OHP in strength (from 65-70 kg to 80kg) and getting bigger chest in 2 months (on bulk), about 500 calorie surplus.
